Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use only your own account. Link2Nite may request age or identity verification where appropriate.
Service and safety
Link2Nite helps adults discover venues and connect with other users. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, identity, conduct, attendance, or safety. Use judgment, meet in public, tell someone your plans, and contact emergency services when needed.
Subscriptions
Link2Nite PRO is an optional digital subscription. Current prices are USD 4.99 weekly and USD 14.99 monthly. The selected plan renews automatically until canceled. Pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You may cancel through billing settings; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
User content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Link2Nite a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and process it to operate and improve the service. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and may not infringe another person's rights.
Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and aiding, abetting, encouraging, facilitating, or promoting abuse are strictly prohibited. Link2Nite may remove related content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and notify appropriate authorities.
Enforcement
We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. We may preserve relevant records as legally permitted.
Third parties and availability
Venues, events, payment providers, and external links are operated by third parties. Link2Nite is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
