Safety and exploitation
- Use by or targeting of anyone under 18.
- Sexual exploitation, trafficking, prostitution, escort services, or solicitation of commercial sexual services.
- Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, threats, stalking, harassment, or violence.
- Content or conduct that promotes self-harm, hate, discrimination, or abuse.
Fraud and unlawful activity
- Impersonation, deceptive profiles, romance scams, phishing, extortion, or financial solicitation.
- Selling or promoting illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or other prohibited or restricted activity.
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, payment manipulation, or attempts to move a Link2Nite subscription payment outside approved checkout channels.
- Unauthorized access, malware, scraping, spam, or interference with the service.
Content and privacy
- Posting content you do not have the right to share.
- Publishing another person's sensitive or identifying information without permission.
- Using another user's data for advertising, surveillance, background checks, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected violations to support@link2nite.com. We may review reports, remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, notify appropriate authorities, or take other proportionate action. An account restriction does not automatically create a right to a refund.
